NOTE 1.  THE NEW "PARISH CENTER" OFFICIALLY OPENED MAY 15TH, 2010. IN TIME, THE OLD "PARISH HALL" WILL BE CONVERTED TO OFFICE SPACE AND/OR OTHER USE.  IN THE MEANTIME, HAVING DIFFERENT NAME DESIGNATIONS WILL HELP TO AVOID CONFUSION WHEN SCHEDULING MEETINGS OR EVENTS IN ONE BUILDING OR THE OTHER.

NOTE 2.  The following meetings will be held in the New Parish Center:
-    Knights of Columbus meetings, including First Degree Ceremonies
-    Squires meetings
-    Legion of Mary meetings (both groups)
-    Ladies of Charity meetings
-    Central Texas Voices for Life meetings

NOTE 3.  The following ministries/events will continue to meet in the old Parish Hall until further notice:
-    All Scout meetings
-    Home School activities
-    Bible Study group meetings
-    Coffee Socials after daily Mass on Monday, Wednesday & Friday
-    The Korean Social following the 11:00 am Sunday Mass



 NOTE 4.   Activities and events currently scheduled for the old Parish Hall remain in effect through May 28-29, 2010. Subsequently, all new bookings for the Hall and the new Parish Center must go through
NANCY MARTINKA, WHO HAS BEEN DESIGNATED AS THE NEW CONTACT PERSON TO HANDLE RESERVATIONS. 

She can be reached at 254-368-0135. HER OFFICE IS ON THE FRONT (LEFT SIDE) OF THE NEW PARISH CENTER AS YOU FACE THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING.
